Privacy policy

Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 GDPR

1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is:

Grillstube zur B64 André Pöppelmann e.K.
André Pöppelmann
August-Wessing-Damm 65, 48231 Warendorf, Germany
Phone: 0 25 81 – 88 42
Email: info@partyservice-warendorf.de

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer under § 38 BDSG.

2. General

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). This website is purely informational: there is no contact form, no newsletter, no online shop and no user accounts.

3. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and embeds neither analytics services (such as Google Analytics) nor advertising networks or social media plugins. No profiling takes place. That is also why you see no cookie banner here.

The one exception is the map described under section 6, which is loaded only at your explicit request.

4. Server log files

When you access this website, your browser automatically transmits data that our hosting provider stores in what are known as server log files:

  • page and file requested
  • date and time of the request
  • volume of data transferred and confirmation of successful retrieval
  • browser type, browser version and operating system used
  • referrer URL (the page visited previously)
  • IP address

Purpose and legal basis: This processing serves the technical provision, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in trouble-free and secure operation). This data is not combined with other data sources.

Storage period: Log files are deleted after a short period unless they are needed to investigate a specific case of misuse.

Processing on our behalf: A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with our hosting provider.

5. Locally hosted fonts

This website uses fonts stored on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other external service is established, so your IP address is not transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

6. Google Maps (only with your consent)

On the Find us page we offer a map from Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The map is not loaded automatically. At first you only see a notice with a button. The map is loaded only when you click “Load map”. Data is then transmitted to Google, in particular your IP address and information about your browser. Transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). Your consent applies only to that page view and is not stored. If you reload the page, the map is disabled again. You can avoid the map entirely by entering the address directly into your sat nav.

Further information: Google’s privacy policy.

7. Contacting us by phone or email

If you call us or send us an email, we process your details solely in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the matter concerns the initiation or performance of a contract (for example an order or an enquiry about catering), and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for that purpose and no statutory retention periods apply.

8. Links to social networks

We do not embed any social media plugins. The footer contains only ordinary links to our Facebook and Instagram profiles. Your browser establishes a connection to the respective network only when you click one of these links. The respective provider is responsible for data processing there.

9. Language switching

This website is available in German and English. The language is selected purely via ordinary links; no cookies are set and no preference is stored for this purpose.

10. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • right to withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
  • right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)

An informal message to info@partyservice-warendorf.de is sufficient to exercise these rights.

11. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is:

State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia
Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany
www.ldi.nrw.de

12. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons this site uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar starting with “https://”.

13. Changes to this policy

We will adapt this privacy policy whenever changes to the website or to the legal situation make this necessary. The version published here always applies.
